Q: Where can I find replacement screws and pivots?

A: Currently we source screws and pivot assemblies from Ti Connector. The pivots are available through them. Measurements are 3/8 pivot head, 3/16 pivot hole, .375 length. https://ticonnector.com/ We are working on to find a better source for these.

Q: Where can I get PB and or Teflon Washers from?

Q: What size bearings fit in your folders?

A: We recommend for gen 3 models purchased from our shop that you use the 3/16 Delrin caged bearings from Ti Connector.
